Event Policies

By purchasing a ticket to The Wealth Summit, you agree to the following event policies:

Ticket Sales & Refunds

All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable, including in cases of schedule changes, speaker changes, travel disruptions, illness, or inability to attend.
Please review all event details carefully before completing your purchase.

Entry & Check-In

Guests may be required to present their digital ticket or order confirmation at check-in.
Tickets are valid only for the ticket type and event location purchased.
The name associated with the ticket may be verified at entry.

Event Schedule

Event programming, speakers, presenters, sponsors, activities and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
Speaker or programming changes do not qualify for a refund.

Photography & Videography

Photography and videography will take place throughout The Wealth Summit.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video captured during the event and grant The Wealth Summit permission to use this content for promotional, marketing, social media and editorial purposes.
If you have concerns regarding photography or videography, please speak with the event team upon arrival.

Guest Conduct

The Wealth Summit is intended to be a welcoming, professional and respectful environment.

Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour or conduct that disrupts the experience of other guests will not be tolerated.
The Wealth Summit reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.
Guests removed from the event for violating these policies will not be eligible for a refund.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
The Wealth Summit, its organizers, venue and partners are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

Food & Dietary Requirements

Where food or beverages are included, reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary restrictions communicated in advance.
Specific dietary accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that The Wealth Summit is cancelled entirely by the organizer, ticket holders will be contacted directly with information regarding next steps.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including transportation, accommodations or other related costs.
